36th batch of officers commissioned into the Royal Bhutan Police:

The 36th batch of cadet officers got commissioned as Lieutenant on15 December, 2016 at RBP HQs Thimphu. The 12 officers (8 men and 4 women) got their basic training for a year from Royal Bhutan Police Training Institute (RBPTI) in Jigmeling, Sarpang.

They will be further trained for another year at the prestigious National Police Academy, Hyderabad India before they join the Organization.
