The Royal Bhutan Police was honoured by the presence of His Excellency Lyonchen Tshering Tobgay who graciously visited RBP HQ yesterday to meet the outgoing Chief of Police, Brigadier Kipchu Namgyal. His Excellency thanked the Chief of Police for his selfless dedication and loyalty in serving the Tsa Wa Sum for the last 36 years of his career.
