On 16th May 2021, His Majesty commanded RBP to assume the role and responsibility of a Single Authority for Border Control and Management at Integrated Check Post in the country.
Today on this auspicious day, the Hon’ble Chief of Police has inaugurated the establishment of Integrated Check Post Management Division under Crime & Operations Branch in RBP HQs. The core function of this Division is to regulate and manage the entry and exit of people, vehicle, goods and services in the country as a single Authority.
The operational and enforcement functions of four law enforcement agencies currently operating in ICP/BCP/CPs shall be taken over by ICPM Division.
