PUBLIC APPEAL NO. 1
The Royal Bhutan Police and the Organizers would like to request for the kind support and cooperation of all the people in the successful conduct of the following three matches of Asian Football Confederation Cup to be held at Changlimithang Stadium on 11, 13 and 15 August 2015.

Therefore, we request all the football lovers to behave well with appropriate courtesy during the entire games and thereby observe the following:
a) Treat the outside team and visitors as guest of our country.
b) Respect the sentiments of the team and visitors.
c) Not to throw objects into the football field during the play.
d) Not to indulge in jeering, booing and mocking at players and officials.
e) Not use any derogatory words towards the players or the fans.
f) Not to be disrespectful to the outside team’s flags/banners.
g) Not to abuse or shout at the referee or the games officials at any time.
h) To remain seated at one place so that you do not distract other spectators.
i) Not indulge in hooliganism.
j) Do not pass any racial and derogatory remarks.
k) Do not make any comments with Bhutanese slangs that can hurt feelings.
l) Do not make instigative remarks that would rouse arguments and fights.
m) Refrain from making obscene gestures.
n) Refrain from climbing walls and fences to gain illegal entry.
Further, the public are also requested not to bring knives, batons or sticks, water and juice bottles with caps intact and solid rounded fruits like apples or oranges. For kind information, the stadium is connected with CCTVs and any violations of the above will result in the intervention by the police and may be charged for criminal acts.
