A new 46th batch of 193 police from the Police Training Institute PTI Jigmiling in Gelephu is joining the country’s police force. The passing out parade for them was held at the Institute on March 10, 2014 after about a year of intensive training.
Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay congratulated and told them to give their best in safeguarding the country’s law and order. He also called on them to serve the country and the people with utmost loyalty and dedication.
Of the 193, 143 are male and 50 female.
