This division shall comprise of the following units:
(a) Administration and Accounts Unit;
The roles and responsibilities of this division under the supervision of the DCoP, Administration and Finance Branch shall be to:
(a) Plan, design, draw and prepare estimate for constructions;
(b) Design, Estimation and Drawing Unit;
(c) Repair and Maintenance Unit;
(d) Monitoring Unit; and
(e) Survey Unit.
(b) Carry out repair and maintenance;
(c) Process for contract administration;
(d) Carry out routine inspection and supervision of constructions;
(e) Verify bills and process for payments;
(f) Prescribe specific roles and responsibilities to the units under it from time to time; and
(g) Carry out any other roles assigned from time to time.
