As per Clause 8 (a) and (b) under Frequency of Declaration, Chapter II of the Asset Declaration Rules 2012, all staff covered under Schedule II: Non-Scheduled Public Servants as listed in the Asset Declaration Rules 2012 (Annexure I) are to declare assets, income and liabilities, as well as, that of their spouse, child and/or an unemployed dependent who is not a covered person. The duration is from 1st February to 31st March 2014 with one month (April 2014) as grace period.
Therefore, all concerned heads are to inform and remind all the staff in your jurisdiction (including those on leave/secondment and study leave) to declare assets, income and liabilities latest by 31st March 2014 online by visiting the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) website: www.acc.org.bt. Login Accounts, username is your CID number and password is admin(Provided password is not changed).
